RedesignEd works on the conditions that make innovation possible and sustainable\u2014helping school district communities and their postsecondary, business, and civic partners build a deep bench of leaders from classrooms to boardrooms who can drive and sustain system transformation. We support districts in developing a shared vision, aligning structures and practices around deeper learning, and measuring and uplifting results in ways that reposition the public good in public education for students, families, educators, and industry. Our work documents where effective system features already exist and guides communities in assembling the remaining pieces, using evidence\u2011based tools to create customized operational playbooks for redesign. We also help build a coherent human\u2011capital ecosystem across K\u201312, postsecondary, and workplace mentors, and strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to assess impact. Ultimately, entire communities\u2014not just schools and districts\u2014must become the unit of change, embedding innovation into their collective DNA so transformation becomes lasting rather than episodic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
